Terms and Conditions for Eventions-Naples

Welcome to Eventions-Naples. By booking our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Definitions

1.1 "Client" refers to the individual or entity booking services from Eventions-Naples.

1.2 "Company" refers to Eventions-Naples, its employees, and subcontractors.

1.3 "Services" include event planning, rentals, balloon styling, decorations, and related offerings provided by the Company.

1.4 "Equipment" refers to rental items provided for the event, such as LED letters, furniture, backdrops, and other decor elements.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days before the event date.

2.2 Payment can be made via Square up (credit card), or other approved methods.

2.3 If full payment is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking, and the deposit will be forfeited.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 All cancellations must be made in writing via email to mail@eventions-naples.com.

3.2 Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will not incur additional charges; however, the deposit remains non-refundable.

3.3 Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will result in the loss of the deposit, and additional charges may apply for services already prepared or delivered.

3.4 Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4. Rental Equipment

4.1 All rental items must be returned in the condition they were delivered. Damage, loss, or theft will result in additional charges for repair or replacement.

4.2 The Client assumes full responsibility for the care and custody of rented equipment during the rental period.

4.3 Rental periods are for the agreed-upon duration. Late returns will incur additional fees.

4.4 The Company reserves the right to substitute items of similar style and value if the requested item becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Balloon Styling and Decorations

5.1 Balloon styling and decorations are subject to availability and customization requests made by the Client at the time of booking.

5.2 Balloons are sensitive to weather conditions such as heat, wind, and rain. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by weather-related factors after setup.

5.3 The Client is responsible for ensuring the event location is suitable for balloon installations, including appropriate space and surface conditions.

6. Event Planning and Execution

6.1 The Company will work closely with the Client to plan and execute the event as per the agreed-upon details.

6.2 Any changes to the event details must be communicated in writing at least seven (7) days before the event. Late changes may incur additional fees.

6.3 The Company is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party vendors or services hired independently by the Client.

7. Liability

7.1 The Company is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from the use of its services or rental items.

7.2 The Client assumes full responsibility for any damages caused to rental items, decor, or equipment by event attendees.

7.3 The Company will not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or acts of God.

8. Delivery and Setup

8.1 Free Delivery and setup are included for locations within Naples and Bonita Springs. Additional fees apply for services outside these areas.

8.2 The Client must ensure that the event location is accessible and ready for setup at the agreed-upon time.

8.3 The Company is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access to the venue or other unforeseen logistical challenges.

9. Photography and Marketing

9.1 The Company reserves the right to take photos and videos of the event setup for marketing purposes unless otherwise specified in writing by the Client.

9.2 Photos and videos will not include attendees without prior consent.

10. Force Majeure

10.1 The Company will not be held liable for non-performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other emergencies.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Collier County, Florida.

12. Acceptance of Terms

12.1 By booking services with Eventions-Naples, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
